When importing we would encourage goods to be brought in on a Free on Board (FOB) basis. This means the seller delivers goods to the nominated port of shipment. The seller is responsible to custom clear the goods ready for export.

The benefit of buying FOB is that goods arrive when you want them to as you nominate the carrier, also you have complete control on shipping costs so there are no nasty surprises when the cargo arrives in the UK.

If you have details of an order let us have your supplier's details. We are happy to chase shipment on your behalf to ensure that your supplier complies with the lead times that you have requested.

We can provide status of orders so you can monitor. We can also keep you informed and advise of any potential issues before they occur.

On arrival of cargo in the UK we can arrange for goods to be customs cleared and delivered to nominated final point.
